Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be received by us, in the same condition they were sent
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email with your order ID in the subject
- Let us know which products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Send all items back to us (we recommend using a tracking service)
- Should this parcel become lost or damaged in transit, it is the buyers responsibility to claim against the shipping company used

- We aim to refund within 48 business hours, please allow 5-7 working days for your bank to process this.
- Any replacement product will be sent within 48 hours of receiving your return
